The teacher uses gentle touch and verbal instructions to guide your overall coordination and enable you to act in a more natural way in any activity you wish to explore. These may include sitting, walking, talking or playing an instrument. It is usually good to start with simple everyday tasks and gradually proceed to more challenging ones.
